Loudoun County's Newest Vineyard & Winery
Passion & Family
You could start a vineyard and winery from scratch because it’s cool. We did it because we're passionate about it. We love that good wine and food brings family and friends together to share stories and laughter. We love the mountain views, crisp clean air, neighboring farms and vineyards in the valley below. Visit us, become our friends, have some of our wine, and you’ll get it too.

Pairs well with cheeses, lighter meats, and chocolates. Enjoy.
Named after all the Pauls in our family, including our youngest son, this dry 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon varietal wine was aged in steel and French oak for about 17 months, has dark red color, expresses dark red fruits and oak and fruit tannins, and is perfect with food, think beef, chocolate, and aged cheeses. Enjoy!
