This is our third Bordeaux-style blend of darker cabernet sauvignon, peppery cabernet franc, smooth merlot, and just a bit of petit verdot. This dry, ruby-red blended wine was aged in new and neutral French oak for about 12 months, and it expresses mild tannins, dark red fruit, and a smooth finish. Think dark chocolate and meaty dishes.
